1. General Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality tutoring services and strive to ensure client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for tutoring sessions and related services.

2. Cancellation by Students or Parents

More than 48 Hours' Notice

Sessions cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be rescheduled at no additional cost or refunded upon request.

Less than 48 Hours' Notice

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are generally non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, subject to tutor availability.

No-Shows

If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by the Tutor

If a tutor cancels a session, the client may choose one of the following:

• A full refund for the cancelled session; or
• Rescheduling the session at a mutually convenient time.

4. Prepaid Packages

Refunds for prepaid tutoring packages will be calculated as follows:

• Completed sessions will be charged at the standard individual session rate.
• Any unused sessions will be refunded after deducting the value of completed sessions and any applicable discounts that were provided as part of the package.
• Administrative fees may apply where permitted by law.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee 

If a client is dissatisfied with their first tutoring session, they must notify us within 48 hours of the session. We may, at our discretion, offer:

• A replacement session with a different tutor; or
• A partial or full refund.

6. Technical Issues for Online Sessions

Where an online session is significantly disrupted due to technical issues on our side, we will offer either:

• A rescheduled session; or
• A full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Technical issues on the client's side may not qualify for a refund.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can occur. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws.
